Shipping

All A Lillie Bug products are shipped using Australia Post Express Post satchels.

The items are weighed and placed in either a 500gram or a 3kg bag at Check out! (you can request a quote at any time in your shopping cart)

The express satchels have a $50 insurance included to cover for loss. Please note if your parcel is lost, it is only covered for $50 replacement. Please contact us if you would like insurance of a higher value.

These satchels also have a tracking number that will be forwarded to you on shipping day!

Returns

While every effort is made to pack and send a perfect product we realise that some times it just isn't what you were expecting. 

Therefor we offer exchange and store credits for all orders returned to us within 14 days of us shipping to you.

The credit will only apply if we feel the product is still in its original, new state.
